BASIC CARE PACKAGE

Sometimes you just need to know that your place is still standing and that there are no broken pipes, no collapsed decks, that the bats are not making a cave inside your house and that the bears haven't decided to make your house their hibernation haven.  It's a small price to pay to eliminate the stress of living away from your house.

$100  a month gets you the following services

• Weekly walk-through interior and exterior, checking for leaks, low propane levels, break-ins, and smoke detector functionality.
• When cabin is not winterized, we flush plumbing lines and toilets.
• We vacuum and dust monthly.
• Provide us with an email address and we will send you a weekly report, along with an exterior photo and electric meter reading, so you know we were actually at your home.
