Let us introduce ourselves. We are Caldera Cabin Care, a business located in Island Park, IDAHO, that specializes in taking care of vacation cabins. Our business was born of necessity...we have a large cabin in Island Park ourselves, and have always had trouble getting reliable, local service for all of our cabin needs. We were always coordinating plumbers, spa care, snow removal, lawn care, and handymen, but really just wanted one person who could look in on our cabin weekly and provide full-service and preventative vacation home maintenance. We are that company!

Basic Care Package

Weekly walk-through interior and exterior, checking for leaks, low propane levels, break-ins, and smoke detector functionality. When cabin is not winterized, we flush plumbing lines and toilets. We vacuum and dust monthly. Provide us with an email address and we will send you a weekly report, along with an exterior photo and electric meter reading, so you know we were actually at your home.

Hot Tub Care
We balance chemicals, drain, fill and clean as necessary.

Yard Care
Watering, mowing, trimming, weeding, planting...we keep your yard looking great!

Handyman
Light Plumbing, light electrical (lighting fixtures, fan installations, outlet replacement, etc.) painting, appliances, deck repair, window replacement, tile repair, etc.

Cleaning Service
We can get your cabin ready for your arrival, including fresh linens, thoroughly clean after you leave, including laundry, and even do major spring cleaning! We also provide thorough cleaning after your renters.

Snow Removal
We shovel decks, stoops, walkways, roofs, and porches and coordinate driveway plowing.

Pest Control
We spray for spiders and other pests and set mice bait twice yearly.

Trash Service
We can pick up your trash according to your schedule while you are in town or can provide trash pickup for your renters.

Grocery Service
Fax or email us your list one week in advance and we will stock your fridge and pantry for you!
